Interview is easy, heard back the same day.
Asked various “tell me about a time” questions.
Was interviewed by my immediate supervisor, then the Director.
Extremely efficient and professional. Well directed and clearly described role and expectations for the business development department internship I was applying for. Only one interview was required and follow up was a few days later

Interview
There were two behavioral interviews. The first of the two interviews was a phone interview with someone from HR. The second of the two interviews was an on site interview with the department in which you will be interning with. Fairly short interviews in total and not hard questions.
