Houston Yacht Club interview questions

I went to the club and filled out an application. About a month later I got a call to interview. Interviewed with one of the several managers. She was nice but seemed naive about a lot of things going on with two women staff causing issues. After telling her my experience she said she could bring me on part time and on call. She walked me around the club and introduced me to some of her full-time staff. She then gave me a basic training schedule, and I went in a few times a week for about two weeks before going on the schedule for non training days. After that I stayed for about two to three more weeks.
