meet with the employee associate, very easy to get hired because of high turnover. don't need to be christian. they hire anyone. you don't need background or experience with children.
Very easy as long as you have had experience as a teacher, you will know how to answer. Overall they are very supportive, and they listen to your thoughts and opinions in regards to different situations they may ask you about
