Interview
During the preliminary interview, one person asks you questions about your teaching style, relationship building skills with students and families, and planning skills. It’s very easy, straight to the point, and surface level to determine whether you understand what is needed to be a teacher. This is the first step of others to interview with a school principal.
Easy and painless. Got the job within the week. Meet with education dept then meet with principals. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Just have to know your stuff and be passionate
It was a pleasant experience. HCPSS was a great place to work for and I would recommend it anyone who wants to work as a teacher and beyond. I wish I was able to work for longer.
