Relaxed atmosphere, made to feel very welcome. Asked a few questions about my experience and talked about the job role itself. I was then able to ask my few questions and then the interview was over. It was like sitting, having a chat with a couple of friends

Very relaxed. Chat and walk round. The interview came from a employee referall and I was already familiar with the company and a number of its products. The interview was kept informal and took place on sofas rather that across a desk. The offer was made at the end of the interview.
