I went to career fair and got the oral offer at the spot from the head of HR. I stopped talking to other firms since I got the oral offer. Then, HQ passed my cv to their overseas branch. I had re-started the interview and got the oral offer. However, the package was changed and cut hugely for the overseas interview. It supposed an internal transfer with housing reimbursement, flight tickets, and provide visa sponsorship. The overseas managers said, they wanted to hire me cheaply by local pay and I needed to pay my own visa fees. After two days, I asked the possibility to the higher salary. Then been told the offer withdraw. The whole process is super ridiculous and not professional at all! I felt this firm is unethical and stingy and as a lier.
