Generally smooth, mostly behavioural questions. It is not currently illegal to fire and then rehire staff. But in practice it is only considered acceptable as a last resort, and as long as the correct procedures are followed.
Under UK law, employers planning to make 20 or more staff redundant within any 90-day period, must first consult staff and speak to trade union representatives.

2~3 rounds with a written test and 1v1 manager interview, questions are related to a given specific industry and sometimes also mention specific companies. But professional skills are not that valued as they more emphasize ur attitude, if u gonna stick to the industry and keep working for 7*24 with no payment in an internship is more concerned.
