An Assistant Director , A Project Manager ( who was a CCIE as me) and A Line Manager attended my interview.They did not push me hard but the questions were very spesific.Mostly about MPLS, L3/L2VPN because of the recent projects going on.They also asked me some questions about QoS.

Ask general questions for you to elaborate on the topic which somehow makes it abit harder to cope with sometimes
The last interviewer is usually your hod which is from china, makes it sometimes harder to comprehend the meaning of technical terms they use

Get recruit from university, having 4 round of interviews, including technical interview and personal info interview. Technical questions are in Chinese term, better prepared for the name of terms in Chinese instead of using English. The process talk around 1 month and will get to know the interview results
