Interview
It was an interview with two managers and one senior engineer, the process was smooth, was invited to attend the interview through a WeMeet link, advice is to make sure you have good internet and preferably the application installed on your system.

Question 1
Asked about common optimisation issues in 3G/LTE, Throughput optimisation, pilot pollution. Mostly questions were involving theoretical questions on signalling, call setup process, MIMO, TM, bandwidth's configuration, all congestion types on 3G (Code,Power,CE)
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Huawei Technologies (Auckland, Auckland) in Apr 2024

Pleasant and straightforward. The other interviewers were not available. There is supposed to be more people in the team. They ask questions about my current and previous role as well as whether I have experience in configuring equipment. They also asked about optimization experience.

They are Conducted three rounds after shortlisted our Profile.
One will be GD and other rounds are technical panel.
They are looking for one who are working in Huawei OSS tool and also knowledge in LTE or 3G technology.
