Hub Group Capacity Planner interview questions

Recruiter missed our initial interview. That’s fine. I’m understanding. We rescheduled and she didn’t mention it or apologize. That put me off a bit. From there she focused on my most recent position and didn’t ask me any questions about the 6 years of logistics experience on my resume. She focused on my hotel experience. I asked her a few questions and her answer was that she didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. The interview wrapped up with her telling me to email her if I have any questions. I figured since I didn’t get to mention any of my strengths in logistics that I wasn’t going to make it to the next round based solely off my unrelated hotel experience. I received my rejection email soon after.
