Huber Engineered Woods interview questions

Fairly lengthy and can be somewhat intense. It will take most of the day. You meet with multiple panels of two and can each lead to very different conversations. You do get a good sense of their culture from meeting with so many people.

Three rounds of interviews with a panel interview at the end. The panel probably could've been cut shorter than it was, I met about eight people in total and it took a long time. Everyone was nice, but their reasoning for not offering the position made no sense. They had told me because I expressed interests in different areas of the company that they decided not to give me the offer. Seems like they were looking for someone who wasn't looking to grow but would sit in the same seat indefinitely.
