I applied on-line, received a call the next day and set up an interview. The interview lasted about six minutes with no more than three questions before one of the owners offered me the position. I spent the next ten minutes asking about their company and expectations. The answers he gave me were direct, it was not until later that I realized that they were desperate to get someone in the door and he lied about most of what I had asked.

Was laid back very approachable interviews are always nerve-racking but owner was friendly and thorough. It did take some time for the owners to get back to me however once they did the onboarding was very quick afterwards.
