Applied online and heard back to schedule a phone interview within a few days. Spoke with a HR contact for about 45 minutes who moved me onto the 1:1 stage right after the interview ended. Met with a manager on the team about a week later and had a pretty straightforward, casual convo about the position and team. After that, I had 10 days to complete a project/paper that was submitted for review and then I presented on that project about 2 weeks later to a larger group from the team this position was with during the final interview. Unfortunately, I was about 3 weeks ahead of schedule and the team wanted to meet with other candidates, which is understandable. Overall, it was a fairly easy process but there was a lack of communication and coordination from the team and the deadlines kept getting moved back. Since I ultimately did not get an offer, it would've been much more beneficial to have this feedback as soon as possible so I could move on to other opportunities.
