Very engaging and positive. They really tried to understand me and connect with my motivations. They gave me a good insight into what I might find challenging about the role.

Question 1
How do you reward yourself when you have achieved an important goal?
I interviewed for a role internally with the Hudson team. You would expect it to be a good recruitment process, given that's their specialty.
I worked my way up 4 interviews, and thorough isometric testing. One of which was a STAR format interview.
I had to chase them for 2 weeks, and never got an answer about whether I got the role, which is frankly embarrassing on that hiring level.

Question 1
Specific examples and metrics for achievements in previous roles.
Had to fill in hudson tests and then had a call with a recruiter. The call was pleasant and they mainly asked about my motivation for the internship. Didn't hear from them again and when I asked for feedback, I didn't receive any. Found this very unprofessional.
