I don't remember much, since it was 2 years ago, but I uploaded my resume on one of those job-hunting sites. Got a call about 2-3 weeks later for an interview. Scheduled an interview for a day or two later. There was only one round. Went in, interviewed and got a call back days/a week(?) later. At that time in my life, I was horrible with interviews, so I was (still am) surprised I got an offer.
