First had a phone interview with the supervisor asking about my experience. The an in person interview with two people in the position asking accounting questions. As well as asked my biggest strengths and what i could bring to the team.

Very friendly interviewers and welcoming atmosphere. First stage was a brief phone interview and then next stage was more technical ideas with other interviewers. Did not get the role but was pleased with the process.

Typical phone screen with recruiter then super day 2-3 hours with team members on-site. Sadly they do ghost you after the on-site without any type of decision made on their end. People seemed nice atleast.
