I found this job through a recruiter and landed a phone screen the next day. I did well in the technical questions (I thought I did well overall) and, with my experience, I usually have no problem landing a second interview. Unfortunately, HBC/Saks decided to very quickly pass (as in, within an hour after the phone screen) and without reason. I don't rate this as a negative experience, but I sense there might be a lack of maturity on their end.
