The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Hughes Network Systems in Oct 2015
Interview
I'm a new college grad. They are looking for someone who has years of experience of implementation for an entry level position. Please, this company is not even decent Fortune 500. If we have already gotten this amount of skill sets, we would have gotten a job somewhere else. My advice is: please be patient and willing to invest in new college grads. Train them!
