Meeting with the team. From leadership to direct hiring manager. Team flew me out. Toured the company. Most calls were over zoom and met a few people on my team and quick in and out interview
The interview became more of a discussion which allowed both sides to understand the work they do on a daily basis and how I could help with new ideas. One of my best interviews!!
