The interviewer in my initial interview was friendly, precise in her questions, took time to fully explain things I asked about, and wrapped up the interview in about 40 minutes. The office was neat and clean, and easy to find once I found the building.

Tell me a time when there was a conflict between what I believed was best for the company and what the company policy actually was. What was the outcome?
