Applied online, talked to AM and then GM and went over my past history of working. Asked what my skills were, and for my references. Talked about strengths and weaknesses and what to expect from job.

Very easy. The general manager is Heath. He's very fun and nice. He will be the one interviewing you. All questions are meant to see if you are capable of working and about who you are.
