I found the interview process to be well organized, somewhat lengthy, and with a varied group of people. I first had a phone screen with the HR person, this was a good opportunity to learn more about the company and the expecatations of the role. We talked about my background and why I wanted to work at Hungerford. Then I met the hiring manager, and another staff member I would work closely with. This interview was more structed about the responsiblities of the job and how my experience would fit. After that, the final round was to meet Andrew and Michael Hungerford.
