The process was ok, but a face-to-face interview made me think twice. Interviewer said that he is proud that this company is driven by men, not by women. Not a good stand for company which is working with women. In the later discussion we found out that they are looking for a result-oriented person. Again interviewer said that his aim is to leave an opponent without pants. This might work for them, but goes against my values.
