Informal and relationship focused on if I was the best fit for the position. I felt my skills and knowledge were valued from the start and there was an openness to contribute mummy unique talents.

Would I be able to commit to a minimum of two years in the position?
The initial interview lasted around two hours and felt more like a discussion than a traditional interview. I successfully advanced to the second round and received an immediate confirmation. Overall, it was a positive and valuable experience.

How to get meeting with a potential client & closing sales
3 stages…phone, emails, video and ftf. Meeting different parts of the company and factory tours. Very corporate approach. Need to do research on the company and make sure you know your CV well. Everyone is very friendly
