I am probably not the best to describe the interview process because I was referred to this position by a former employee, therefore Hunter Steakhouse trusted my ability/character because of this connection. I do not know what the interview process is like for a person without a referral. I will say this though, make certain YOU follow up. They wait to see if you call them back a few days after the interview to make sure that you care enough to inquire back. With that said, I came in around 3pm on a weekday, filled out an application, met the hiring manager and chatted for a few minutes. I called back a few days later, and they told me to come in to sign the appropriate new-hire paperwork.
