I attended a job fair to meet all the local school districts and the principal herself was at the table. She was welcoming ans informative. She invited me to apply.

Applied online, and the principal decides if they want you to come to the interview. It was a panel interview with three people. It was super serious and tense, there was no smiling. Already sets the expectation, that the teachers at the school are probably the same way. No feedback or conversation would go on during the interview.
