I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Hy-Vee (Columbia, MO) in Jun 2015
Interview
Apply online for a specific position. Take a culture and personality quiz. Meet with Human Resources representative. One on one interview. Answer easy questions. Pass a background check. Pass a urinalysis drug test. Sit through 8 hours of orientation
Very simple and easy. Be yourself because you don’t want to be put in a position you don’t enjoy. Research the company before you go in and impress them about what you know.
