The store director interviewed me himself. I felt extremely comfortable and welcome as soon as we shook hands. Questions asked were as expected. I heard back within the week that I had received the job.

What would you do when faced with an angry, irrational customer?
Not eventful, asked easy questions. The interview was like 15 mins long. Wasn't too bad. I would recommend to at least prepare for some harder questions like, "When have you most contributed to a group?"

Interview
Very short and casual not a lot of questions, I believe I was only asked "what are your strengths". Answered that and just kept talking about the position. and then went to the pharmacy to talk to the pharmacist about the job and that was about it very easy and short.
Management was friendly and welcoming! I had an in person interview and was hired within a few hours of leaving! After the interview process, there was online training to do.
