Interview
After applying for the job it only took a few days till I was contacted. The phone interview was immediate and very long. Two days later I was asked to go into the hotel. Sitting in the office the person who was interviewing me was cold. Only asked one question which I thought was odd as the phone interview was very long. I guess he didn't like my answer (even though I described everything on my resume in detail). After that it was awkward and the interview was over. Maybe we were both having an off day.

The interview process started with a call from HR, based on that call you move into the first interview which is with the boss or manager. If that goes well, you move into the second interview with two-three managers.

Internal transfer across departments. Introduction to the sales team and three interviews with team member, manger, and director.
Mainly to see how I would transfer skills, get along with the team, and learn about the responsibilities of the role.

Send in the resume thru corporate website. Get to me very quickly on the same day and within 2 weeks went thru 2 rounds of interview and got job offer. Very efficient process.
