Their open-door, transparent approach is natural with a focus on completing tasks and helping guests, while not losing focus on the well-being of their employees; highlighting "we want people who look forward to coming to work!".

The interviewing process was very smooth. I was interviewed by a member of HR and my future boss and they were both extremely professional. Instead of drilling me about my previous jobs, they asked about my goals and passions.
