I wasn't the typical job hire, I had met the CEO previously and started a discussion, this was after taking a role with another company. So we had several emails and 4 or 5 in person meetings and the duration was over 60-90 days.

It is difficult to say specifically what question, because there were so many over time. I also wasn't the typical fit/background but my experience in sales leadership and business development were transferrable to his industry.
