      Very thorough, transparent and enjoyable. No unnecessary transactional questions like "describe 3 times you overcame a difficult obstacle"...etc. Thorough discussion about experience, skills and professional goals as well as transparent details on position expectations- there are always harder aspects of a role to overcome, and knowing those before committing is a great way to understand that prospective employees dedication to their new role and the company.
