I applied online and received an email from a recruiter inviting me for an on-site interview. There were two interviewers and two technical questions I had to answer. A week later I received an offer.

It started with filling an application online then going onsite for the interview. I talked to one of the HR representatives for about 15-30 minutes, and then I went to a tech review with my prospective manager. He asked a few basic coding questions (how to display a string backwards, etc.), then I found out the next week I got the job.
