Started with a presentation on store values etc.. Group interview. Got into pairs and had to introduce partner to rest of group, and then select a shoe to sell to the rest of the group.

Interview
A fun group interview, all sat in a circle, all ask the person to your left the same given questions and you have to introduce that person to everyone.
You then get divided into groups and work as a team to sell a different shoe given to each group.
if you stood out then you get a second interview with the area manager

Interview
Interview was a very easy process. The types of questions they asked had more to do with my personal interests and character. Slight miscommunication on their part (they had given me the wrong address for their head office) which made me a little late but they were super apologetic and this did not affect my interview at all.
