The interview process at HYRE lacked clear communication and consistency. Initially, I was told there would be only one interview round, but additional rounds kept getting added later. Interview schedules were often communicated just 30 minutes before the interview, making it difficult to plan.
Despite multiple follow-up emails, I rarely received responses from the HR team. After completing multiple rounds, I again received no update regarding the outcome. While the interviewers were professional, the overall candidate experience was affected by poor communication and last-minute scheduling.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Hyre in Sept 2020
Interview
First round of interviews was with HR through a 30 minute phone interview. Followed by a take home assessment and a final 1 hour interview with the CEO.
Was offered a position and accepted it, but after an email exchange regarding contract clauses, I was ghosted by the company. Did not hear back from them even after reaching out multiple times.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hyre in Oct 2020
Interview
Sent a message through indeed as they found my resume there. The moment I responded they texted me with information on how to sign up and to schedule an orientation by phone on how to use the site. Very easy.
