I gave my resume to a Hytrol recruiter at a college career fair. A few weeks later, Hytrol called me back and invited me to their headquarters/factory in Jonesboro. They flew me and several other students from my college out to Jonesboro in their private jet, which really impressed me. Once at the headquarters in Jonesboro, I filled out a job application and did a one-on-one interview with the head of the controls engineering department before we were taken out to lunch and given a short driving tour of Jonesboro. When we got back, we took a tour of the headquarters, participated in a round-table discussion with some of Hytrol's senior executives, and were shown some of Hytrol's latest conveyor-belt products before flying back. The mood was fairly laid-back and convivial throughout the interview process, making me feel at ease.
