A recruiter contacted me to schedule an introductory meeting to discuss a VPHR role at its Fremont location. I accepted and attended the Zoom. Waited 10 minutes, only to find out AFTER I followed up that the recruiter was sick and did not bother to inform the candidates who wasted their time preparing for this interview. For a VP level role, I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism exercised by this team member. No response to any follow ups. Based on its poor reviews, I should not be surprised but this level of incompetence should not be accepted within any organization.
