I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IABC
Interview
The interview scheduling process was a bit unorganized and last minute but I was interested in the roles, so I made the adjustments to make the times provided.
After a few interviews, I was offered to interview for another role and the interview went well. I had four interviews within 7 days for two positions. I was told I would receive a follow up. After, I sent thank you emails and follow up emails to all of the four interviewers and didn't receive a response from any of them - I immediately lost interest. Nearly three weeks later, I received an email saying the position was filled.
I must say I was hesitant to interview based on what I read from Glassdoor. But after going through the interview process and experiencing the lack of communication and unorganized feedback while scheduling the interviews - the reviews on Glassdoor are correct.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at IABC (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2013
Interview
I applied for another position online and got an email from the HR Director asking if I would be interested in the Dir of Marketing position as she thought it suited me better (which it did).
We arranged to have phone interview. The phone interview lasted about 45 mins and went well. I then got an email asking if I was available at several specific time for follow up. I responded and never heard back. I followed up with two more emails and no response!
