Interview
It was a group/panel interview with three financial executives. They explained that the job was an entry level job that consisted in about three years of training or less, depending on the ability of the employee. It was a behavioral interview and they would ask me if I had accounting background.

Interview process consist of 2 - 3 interviews. The first one will be basic get to know you setting. Questions will be very easy to answer. The rest will be more in depth. The process can take a couple of weeks.

Interview
On-campus interview with two men from Tulsa. Mainly went over my resume and experience. Overall the interviewers were okay, but one man had to take a phone call during the interview for about 5 minutes. Never heard back from anyone and it's been a month. Luckily I found another position elsewhere.
