Initial discussion with the engineering lead and then a technical interview with the team lead and a senior developer. IBM and the recruitment agency I dealt with was absolutely disrespectful to my time. I waiter 20 mins for the first meeting before dropping off the call. I was told that the interviewer was held in a meeting. The interview was rescheduled and then progressed to the technical interview but did not hear back from the agency or IBM. They definitely need to get things in order. Everyones time is important and please learn to respect it.
