The interview process was a total of 4 rounds and it was hell. It took 4 months to conduct an interview and after each interview I wouldnt get a notification, not even a mail if I cleared or not. They would wait for 1 month before calling back again for a new round. All rounds were adhoc and I regret spending 4 hours with them.
First round was for Database developer and ETL specialist where they had 2 posts for each one. As usual they didnt sort my profile and took interview for the Database Developer role and were disappointed. A month later, the other team for ETL specialist wanted to take an interview and I unfortunately agreed. They took a decent interview and had a good read of my CV before the call. For around 10 days there was no news. Then a manager round was scheduled on short notice and during the interview, I had a good understanding of the job profile and responsibilities. After that the next round was 2 months later with an HR. In these 2 months I never got a feedback, I never got any inputs, and long after I thought that was the end of it they held this HR round. Had a serious discussion on compensation expectations and roles and responsibilities, and on the companies culture and I asked how the company is taking losses during CoVID and should try to pivot from the aviation/hospitality to other domains as well. Maybe that is what annoyed the HR, but I never heard from them again. I would never ever again try to attend their interview again because of the chaos that is the interviews.
