One short interview with a recruiter to go over job description and verification of background followed by 1 hour interview with department manager a few days later. Described my NCQA and Credentialing background. All in all, easy, fast and smooth process.

Three interviews with initial director. Then with manager of department. Then with manager of department and your specific manager. Discuss your experiences, and why you would like to work with Blue Cross.

The interview Process was easy. You meet with an HR rep, A supervisor, then director and then the Senior Management They were very polite and you would never know that the place is a war zone
