ICC interview questions

I was hired through a standardized process: first, they reviewed my resume to assess my Java experience, then I had an initial call with HR to discuss my motivation and communication skills. After that, I completed a technical screening with coding tasks to evaluate my problem-solving abilities and knowledge of Java. This was followed by one or more technical interviews with engineers, and finally a decision round with a manager before receiving the offer.

The interview process was informative, and the questions asked were thoughtful. It provided insight into the role and what the expectations were. Also allowed the opportunity to speak with multiple other team members.
