I was contacted by email to come in because I had my resume uploaded on another job site. I came in for the first interview and spoke to someone who asked my pretty normal questions, followed by "What's your favorite super hero." I was called back for the second interview, which was at a restaurant. I was called back afterwards to let me know I got the job.
