I had a screening interview for this position, but unfortunately, the experience was less than ideal. From the start, the interviewer came across as unprepared and dismissive. She asked questions that were clearly answered in my application, which made it feel as though no time had been taken to review my details beforehand. Additionally, when I inquired about the role, the responses were vague, leaving me with concerns about the transparency and clarity of the position. At the end of the interview, I offered a polite farewell, but it was met with no acknowledgment, which left a negative impression.
