Interview
I applied online in late may/early june and was called back for an interview in August. The interview process and offer itself only took two weeks, but they didn't ask me to interview for a few months because they have a high volume of applicants. My first phone call was from my direct hiring manager. She was amazing and asked really easy questions and described the position and interview process. A week later I was asked to do an in person interview. You talk to 3-4 different managers or senior associates, do a quick test (super easy, analyze a graph or two and construct an email). Then you get taken out to lunch by someone your level. It's really not very technical, mostly behavioral, but depends on the position you're applying for. My HR representative was so helpful and helped me negotiate salary. It really was the best interview process of any place I interviewed post grad, which is one of the reasons I chose ICF.

Interview
Two interview rounds. The first interview was more about getting know each other, interests, the team. The second interview was with more senior staff members, a bit more on talking about technical abilities and interests, followed by a case study writing assignment. The assignment took 2.5h and was adequate for the level that I applied for.
The process took a long time. Sometimes I did not hear anything for several weeks and had to chase them, other times they were super responsive and called me spontaneously to discuss expectations. Overall positive and friendly, but at times inconsistent!
Panel interview with multiple people. Lasted two hours. Panelists were nice and professional. Described the position, asked a series of about 10 questions, asked about interest in topical area of project and technical skills.
