First round Group Discussion is conducted by giving a particular topic and shortlisting is done based on the performance,then the shortlisted candidates are Interviewed face to face by a hr team member and a manager

Interview
At first a profiler test was there from the bank cite ( from the career account of the bank website) , after that GD followed by the Personal Interview. As per the guidelines regarding COVID precaution, the whole interview process was done online.
