Question 1
Tell me about your hobby, tell me more about your previous roles.
I had a very positive job interview experience. The recruiter first called me to explain the role in more detail before sending me an online assessment. After qualifying, I moved on to the second round, which was held in person and included a writing assessment followed by an interview with the hiring manager.
I especially enjoyed the interview with the hiring manager as it felt more like a friendly conversation rather than a high pressure interview, which I truly appreciated. It was a great opportunity to learn more about the role and company culture, while also allowing them to get a sense of my personality and working style.
Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant process. Given that the hiring manager asked about my salary expectations at the end, I thought I might receive an offer. Unfortunately, that was not the case. However, HR was very prompt in keeping me updated, which I valued.
I have noticed the position is still being advertised, so perhaps they have particularly high standards for this role. I wish them the best in finding the right candidate!
