Usually meet with the lab manager, a scientist, and one of the research associate. It's a pretty laid back and open format allowing for questions both ways. The big things they care about are your experience, flexibility, and how well you will interact with the team.

Interview
I first met with the lab manager for about 30-45 minutes, then was given a tour of the facility. Finally, I was able to meet the other research associates in a roundtable discussion. Most of the questions they asked were personality related to see if I would be a good fit for the team.

They asked things like favorite music, what I did in my downtime, etc. Was more akin to a first date than a job interview.
