Straightforward but with a no-nonsense interviewer. Be prepared to talk about areas of interest within the industry and work long hours. They want people who get the culture and are going to hop in and start networking.
HR phone interview first, then zoom with the agent i'd be assisting. Fairly easy, nothing too crazy. was also during covid times so may be a bit different than normal
Quick and easy; interviews are short, only required one interview to get offer. General get to know you questions and how you could be the best fit for the role

Interview
Very easy and laid-back, human resources manager was very informal and it had more of a conversation vibe than a straight-up interview which was absolutely lovely. Definitely one of the better interview experiences I've had.
